Water Dialogue: Getting to Know Your Water Agencies & Policymakers
Water policy design and implementation is a process that involves the policymakers, the agencies that apply the policy, and the public that is subject to the policy. California has long been subject to many water policy interventions. Opening a dialogue among the public, the water agencies, and policymakers would enhance the implementation of better and more effective water policies.
