Biography
Cory Struthers is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia. She studies how public demands, scientific information, special interests, and institutional settings shape policymakers' decisions on climate and the environment. Her work has been published in the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, American Politics Research, and Current Opinion on Environmental Sustainability. Before arriving at UGA, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Forest Resources at the University of Minnesota and a member of the Center for Environmental Policy and Behavior at UC Davis. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from UC Davis in 2018.
